This week sees Mental Health Awareness Week, to acknowledge this we have been sending our staff a daily email related to mental health awareness & support.

We’ve also encouraged the team to take a break & participate in ‘Wellness Walks’ & reminding them that as well as the physical benefits of exercise, walking has been also shown to boost emotional well-being. Walking regularly can help ease symptoms related to chronic mental health conditions like anxiety & depression.

The stress balls handed out to each staff member are a light-hearted way to help combat stress!

Mental Health Awareness Week is an annual event in the UK dedicated to raising awareness of mental health & promoting mental wellbeing for all. Organised by the Mental Health Foundation, the week provides an opportunity to reflect on mental health, spark conversations, & support those experiencing mental health challenges.
