Jeanette joined BTTJ in January 2021 as a Paralegal in our Medical Negligence department following a varied career in business administration, including working as secretary to a wide range of visiting consultants in a private hospital.
Jeanette spends 100% of her working time dealing with Medical Negligence matters.
Alongside her fee earning role, Jeanette is also one of our firm’s Mental Health Responders, supporting our staff.
Outside of work, Jeanette is a regular theatre goer, enjoys gardening and cooking for friends.
Jeanette was amazing, thank you.
I contacted BTTJ with a medical negligence claims when I was still grieving and being thrown medical jargon about my fathers unexpected death.
They were open and honest and helped me understand the options but also the limitations of a claim. They were there throughout the hospital investigation and inquest to talk through outcomes and explain medical and legal implications. It made a difficult and unknown process easier to navigate.
Sadly, and not through the fault of BTTJ, the payout was lower than we’d hoped but again this was fully explained, challenged and other options explored.
I felt fully supported throughout the process and trusted their judgement and experience. The best outcome for us as a family was to get an apology and BTTJ were able to get this formally for us which gave a sense of closure. Thank you for all your help.
I have no hesitation in recommending you. Very good service.
