Tom Barnes, Partner & head of our Medical Negligence team, has had his re-accreditation application for The Law Society‘s Clinical Negligence Accreditation as a scheme member successfully renewed. Accreditations are renewed every 12 months.

 

The Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Accreditation is a recognised quality standard for practitioners representing claimants in clinical negligence matters.

 

Being accredited:

  • Ensures that clients can identify you as a legal practitioner with proven competency in clinical negligence law
  • Demonstrates that you comply with a best practice quality mark that clients can trust
